How workspace privacy works

Clients, projects, work, requests, notifications, reports, and planning queries are scoped to the selected workspace.

Public request links use unguessable account, client, or project tokens and signed URLs where record-specific access is required. A client link does not provide access to the internal application.

Private files are stored in account-specific paths and are served through authorized application endpoints rather than public storage URLs.
