Revision subtasks are missing

New revision requests create one subtask for every valid revision item.

For an older request created before this behavior was corrected, open the original record under Requests. Owners and admins may see Repair Missing Revision Subtasks when the submission is a revision request with linked work.

The repair compares the stored revision items with existing subtasks and creates only missing entries. It does not create another work item or duplicate completed entries.
