Team access and roles

An SDM Workflow subscription includes three active workspace members.

Owner manages the workspace, members, billing, and all operational records.
Admin manages clients, projects, requests, and work without access to ownership or billing controls.
Collaborator works with assigned projects, work items, subtasks, comments, files, and time.

Owners invite teammates from Profile & Account → Team. Invitations expire and can be accepted by either a new or existing SDM Workflow user.

A person who belongs to more than one workspace can switch workspaces from the account menu.
